Allergy means an altered or abnormal tissue reaction after reaction to antigens. These are caused by wide of substances and conditions, some of the substances include pollens, cosmetics, varieties of food
and fruits (orange, milk, egg, wheat, fish and other seafoods, tomatoes, chocolates) poisonous plants, serum while conditions include heat, cold generally weather condition.
The symptoms are reoccurring headaches, migraines, dizziness, irritability, nervousness, depression, conjunctivitis, eczema, running nose, vomiting, asthma, swelling of face/eyes. The same substances cause different symptoms in different people at different times
1. Red Onion Water
You will need…
-1 red onion
-4 cups of water
-Organic, raw, honey to taste
Thinly slice the onion and add it to the water. Allow it to infuse for 8-12 hours before drinking 1-2 times daily. It will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days. Stir some honey into individual glasses when you drink it if you like (I personally recommend it.)
Half of a lime should be squeezed in a glass of lukewarm water and sweetened with a teaspoon of honey to be taken once daily for a period of time, first thing in the morning till symptom stops.
3. Local Honey
Consume a teaspoon or more of raw, unprocessed local honey from as close to where you actually live as possible. Do this one or more times a day to help relieve symptoms.
4. Nettle Leaf
